Based in the village of Long Compton near Stratford upon Avon, new business Compton Hardwoods provides milled, kiln dried and treated timber for a variety of purposes, mainly to commercial joiners and also domestic customers.
Logo inspiration came from the shape of the rings in a tree and the machinery they use to cut the wood. A simple saw wheel shape was used to form the outer ring of a stamp logo design that could easily be laser cut engraved onto wood or stencilled onto any surface.
The Compton Hardwoods logo was designed with ERGO Design.
